I know the feeling. I kept telling my wife that they will stay motionless if they feel there is a meal there. Fish just aren't as patient as this bird is.

Well I have found the wetlands that I can usually find this heron, but it's a hit and miss if he's there. Spring is a wonderful time here in Jackson Hole.
